It is easy to attribute blame to things that are not understood. It is often the younger people that get the brunt of the blame, our generation. As if our style of clothes alone can pull triggers, like the rhymes can meltdown financial institutions, or the vibration of bass can transform the heart of a normal kid into a killer. When something terrible happens it is so easy to BLAME HIPHOP because people don't want to understand it. Why is this so? What about all the successful people that partake in the HipHop culture- where are their voices? When tragedy happens why is the mainstream quick to BLAME HIP HOP?
